Conditions in all working facilities are safe, clean and consistent with all laws and regulations regarding safety & health. Employees are trained in first aid, basic care in machine handling and fire fighting.

Every employee works in free environment according to his / her will. And is a free person even during the job hours, and has the right to resign any time from his/her duties formally.
Harassment or Abuse:
Any sort of corporal Punishments or other forms of punishments, abuse, whether mental or physical is forbidden in the company.

All hirings, pay scales, promotions, terminations and other matters related to employment are conducted according to strict guidelines. Employees are only liable to work according to the legally prescribed limits. Weekly holiday / Leaves / vacations and annual holidays are practiced as per labor law of Pakistan.

Complete compliance to labor laws is observed strictly. No employee is paid under the minimum wages suggested by the Govt. of Pakistan .Over time and social benefits are provided in accordance as well. Other benefits over and above legal stipulations are also provided in many cases.
